Account Manager

Southend on Sea Monday to Friday 8:00 – 17:00

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, acting as the primary contact for internal and external teams. You will manage relationships, ensure efficient service delivery, and support the account’s development alongside the Head of Client Services.

Managing a remote Project Management team, you’ll oversee workload distribution, HR responsibilities, recruitment, and onboarding while providing support during peak periods or holidays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee Project Managers, guiding their workload, development, and efficiency.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, driving service improvements.
  • Provide coverage for project managers during holidays or peak times.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, financial checks, and invoicing.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance the business.
