• Operating precision machinery and equipment used in aerospace or automotive production

• Assembling and maintaining technical components with a focus on safety and quality

• Conducting detailed quality inspections and reporting any defects or issues

• Adhering to strict technical specifications, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines

• Supporting the assembly or manufacturing process in a high-tech, precision-driven environment

• Collaborating with team members to ensure production targets and quality standards are met

• Previous experience in the aerospace, automotive, or precision engineering sectors is highly desirable

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of quality and safety

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work various shifts (including days or rotating shifts)

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
