Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in service delivery? We are seeking a Service Supervisor to spearhead our service team, ensuring top-notch performance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Step in as Lead Service Coordinator during absences and support the Service Manager as needed.
  • Provide guidance and training to Lead Coordinators, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Liaise with various departments to swiftly resolve issues, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Lead and oversee the performance of Lead Coordinators and service coordinators.
  • Attend client meetings and generate regular reports on team activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high-quality service both internally and externally.
  • Conduct return-to-work meetings, probation reviews, and development discussions alongside the Service Manager.
  • organise workloads for Lead Coordinators to guarantee timely task execution.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to enhance departmental efficiencies and margins.
  • Perform spot checks for quality control and offer constructive feedback.
  • Create and update processes and training documents to elevate team standards.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, from CV reviews to face-to-face interviews.
  • Participate in high-level service management meetings, contributing your insights.
