We are seeking a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator for a full-time, permanent position in the aerospace industry based in Egham.
The role involves programming, setting, and operating 3, 4, and 5 Axis CNC Milling machines, with offline programming using EDGECAM.
Candidates should have an engineering apprenticeship or equivalent and experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating, preferably in aerospace.
The salary for this position is up to £45,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Working hours are 39 hours per week, with Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 13:00.

Program, set, and operate 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling machines (Fanuc & Sinumerik)
Offline programming using EDGECAM
Produce first-off components and setup documentation
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
Drive continuous improvement in machining processes

?? Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)?? Working Hours: 39 hours/week

Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00 (30 mins lunch)
Fri: 08:00–13:00 (no lunch)

�? What You’ll Need:

Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent
Experience in CNC programming, setting & operating (Aerospace preferred)
Proficiency in EDGECAM, Fanuc & Sinumerik controls
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
