CNC Turner Opportunity with Leading Aerospace Manufacturer - 4-Day Working Week
A respected aerospace manufacturer, specialising in precision machining for high-performance industries, is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. This role offers a rare 4-day working week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and operate Fixed Head and Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines
Interpret engineering drawings to produce components to specification
Operate bar feed machines efficiently
Use Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi control panels
Work to aerospace manufacturing standards
Experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines is desirable
Experience Required:
Proven CNC Turning and setting experience, particularly with Fanuc controls
Experience working with bar feed machines
Knowledge of aerospace materials such as Aluminium, Stainless Steel, and Inconel
Familiarity with Doosan, Hardinge, Mori, and Star CNC machines is advantageous
