Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex - Hybrid
Remuneration: Competitive salary and benefits package
Contract Details: Permanent, with visits to client's offices in central London once a week
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all assigned projects, ensuring adherence to defined processes and meeting client expectations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and manage financial tasks
- Process accurate and timely invoicing through agreed client processes
- Lead stakeholders through the project process, ensuring all process steps are followed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients
- Communicate project risks and challenges through daily reporting
- Attend relevant project meetings and create micro critical paths
- Escalate any issues to the Director or the Head of Operations
Desired Skills, Qualities, and Experience:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload against critical path deadlines
- Proven experience in creating and managing client and internal relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience of project management, with external stakeholder management within packaging/graphics
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders at different levels
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiastic, composed under pressure, and a champion of processes
- Professional and presentable for client-facing role in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable team player with a willingness to assist colleagues
- Computer literate in Microsoft applications and adaptable to bespoke software solutions
