Location: Southend
Salary: Up to £24,000
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Duties:
- Speaking with customers regarding renewals and claims
- Speaking with insurance providers
- Dealing with complaints
- Providing excellent customer service
- General administration
Requirements:
- Experience in complaint handling or customer service
- Happy working on the phone
