Position: Customer Services AdministratorLocation: Southend, Essex - due to location car driver is essential Contract Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: Full Time (40 hours per week) starting from 6am
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate cargo dispatch operations, ensuring optimal accuracy and efficiency from vessel to on-board truck.Maintain clear and effective communication among team members and external stakeholders.utilise systems to manage and record cargo processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project timelines and deliverables, adapting plans as necessary to meet changing demands.

Competitive Pay: Starting at £12.44 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half!Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility for weekend availability when needed.Generous Benefits Package:- Company pension plan- Free on-site parking- Sick pay- 20 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays (increasing by one day per annum to a maximum of 25 days)
