Responsibilities:Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager! You will be the day-to-day lead for a fast-paced, exciting client, overseeing internal and external teams. Your main goal? Develop and manage relationships while ensuring the overall effectiveness of our service model.

  • Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for all client interactions.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships to enhance our service model.
  • Lead and support our Project Managers and client-facing teams in their roles and development.
  • Balance workloads across categories to manage high-profile projects and ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and design teams to maintain accurate workload projections.
  • prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure all documentation and systems are effectively utilised for clear communication.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Client Services and manage project reviews.
  • Handle weekly/monthly reporting and financial checks.
  • Support other Account Managers during peak times and holidays.

Key Qualities / Skills:

  • Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
  • At least one year of experience leading and motivating teams.
  • Skilled at multitasking and prioritising across multiple projects.
  • Calm and decisive with a proven ability to make effective decisions.
  • Bring positivity, adaptability, and determination to succeed!
