About the Mortgage Paraplanner Role
This isn’t a basic admin role. You’ll be a key player in making deals happen—ensuring that every case moves swiftly from application to completion. By taking operational pressure off the brokers and keeping communication flowing between all parties, you’ll help deliver a seamless client journey from start to finish.

Mortgage Paraplanner Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full progression of mortgage applications through to completion.
- Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, lender legals, and clients’ legals to ensure no detail is missed.
- Organise and manage supporting documents, update lender portals, and keep internal systems sharp.
- Help with Heads of Terms, suitability letters, and case completion tasks.
- Benefit from ongoing AI system integrations designed to reduce admin and make your job smoother.
- Submit applications and maintain communication once you’re confident in the role.
Mortgage Paraplanner Package
- Salary: £35,000
- Location: Essex - Office based, Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40 hours/week - flexible start between 8am-10am and finish by 6pm
- Working model: Office-based to start with; home-working options available once settled

Mortgage Paraplanner Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in mortgage case progression, Mortgage paraplanning, or broker support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence liaising with external stakeholders (lenders, legals, surveyors)
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple live cases
- Comfortable using CRM systems, lender portals, and handling sensitive client data
- A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to team success
