What You'll Do:

As a Forklift/Warehouse Operative, your role will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your main duties will include:

  • Order Verification: Double-check orders picked by others to guarantee accuracy.
  • Packaging: Package orders correctly, ensuring they are ready for shipping.
  • Assembly: Assemble components for orders to meet customer specifications.
  • Courier Coordination: Book the right couriers for outgoing goods and ensure all parcels are correctly labelled.
  • Safe Transport: Transport parcels onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Goods Reception: Receive incoming goods and direct them to the appropriate area or department.
  • Safety Check: Continuously monitor your work area for hazards and address them immediately.
  • Documentation: Complete manifests, track dispatched orders, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock Management: Conduct daily stock takes and regular inventory checks, notifying the purchasing department of any needs.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Be flexible and ready to assist with various tasks as required.

  • A valid forklift licence is essential.
