A1 Personnel are recruiting for a Client and Installations Assistant to join a a trusted name in play equipment across the UK, our client is growing fast and looking for someone who thrives on coordination, administration, communication, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
Your Role: The Backbone of Our Installation Success
As a Client and Installations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making sure every project is delivered smoothly — from coordinating information to keeping clients informed and schedules on track. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact on how children experience play, one project at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installation Support: Coordinate behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure every site has what it needs to succeed.
- Project Administration: Keep our systems up to date with Live Completion forms and accurate records.
- Client & Supplier Communication: Act as a point of contact, building strong, positive relationships.
- Scheduling: Work with internal teams to build project schedules that meet client needs and support the business.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
- System Management: Keep internal platforms organised and current to support day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- A natural organiser who loves structure and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
- A calm, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail
