Rayment Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal/Solicitor for a reputable law firm in Southend.
The salary range for this position is between £30,000 and £80,000, depending on experience.
Candidates should be newly qualified up to 3 years PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery.
Essential experience includes Residential Possession Proceedings, along with the ability to manage a case load and familiarity with various property-related disputes.
This role offers hybrid working opportunities for the successful applicant.

Rayment Recruitment are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal/Solicitor for a reputable law firm in the Southend area.

The successful applicant will be newly qualified up to 3 years PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery.

Experience in Residential Possession Proceedings is essential.

The sucessful Paralegal/Solicitor will preferrably have the following experience:/skills

Be able to manage your own Case load
Residential Landlord and Tenant
Commercial Landlord and Tenant
Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc)
Contract dispute
Debt Recovery
Professional Negligence
Employment
Contentions Probate
