Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing, industrial, or similar background, looking for a hands-on, varied role working on complex machinery rather than repetitive production lines?

In this role you will maintaining a wide range of amusement rides, attractions, and supporting plant equipment. Full training will be provided on specialist ride systems, inspections, and industry standards.
The role would suit a Mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer who enjoys responsibility, variety, and working on unique equipment where no two days are the same.
THE ROLE:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance on amusement rides, attractions, and general plant
- Mechanical fault-finding on motors, gearboxes, bearings, chains, drives, pumps, and hydraulic systems
- Supporting daily safety checks and inspections
- Working safely at height and with lifting equipment where required
- Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately
- Working as part of a close-knit maintenance team in a safety-critical environment

- Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias or similar
- Commutable to Southend-on-Sea
