What You'll Be Doing:

  • Attend Pre-Production Meetings and take detailed notes.

  • Upload project briefs and approved content to internal systems.

  • Log and track incoming design files for accurate record-keeping.

  • Request and update delivery timelines from suppliers and printers.

  • Share critical project details with the design team.

  • Generate reports to support Project Managers with current data.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
