Project Administrator

Shoeburyness, SS3 | £26,000 + Bonus | Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30

Looking for a fast-paced, varied role where your organisational skills shine? We’re hiring a Project Administrator for a growing business in the design, manufacturing and installation industry – think creativity, coordination, and customer focus all rolled into one!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating installations – making sure installers have everything they need and projects run smoothly
  • Handling admin – updating systems, completing project forms, keeping everyone in the loop
  • Scheduling projects – balancing client needs with business priorities
  • Communicating with clients and suppliers – professionally and clearly, every step of the way
  • Managing systems – keeping internal databases up to date and organised
  • Resolving issues – handling client complaints quickly and professionally

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid admin or project coordination experience
  • Super organised and detail-focused
  • Confident communicator – written and verbal
  • Proactive, calm under pressure, and tech-savvy (MS Office + databases)
