Our client is a well establised main contractor who have been working within the healthcare sector for over 20 years. They have a requirement for a Site Manager on an on-going freelance basis to work across two of their framework projects at Southend Hospital and Basildon Hospital.
The scope of works on each hospital can be extremely varied but primarily consits of refurbishment and extensions. Project values can range from 50k - 1.5m, across all areas of the hospital.
It is of paramount importance that the successful Site Manager has excellent 'people skils' and is emphathetic to the fact that you are working in a hospital. Clealy, the client is always present and the framework agreements are often based upon building and maintaining good relationships.
