Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Southend. This is a full-time, long-term position, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive and forward-thinking school community.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning, while ensuring every pupil makes excellent progress. You’ll plan and deliver well-structured lessons, maintain high expectations for behaviour, and create a nurturing classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.

To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher, you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have recent, relevant experience teaching in a UK primary setting.

• Be committed to providing high-quality teaching and learning.

• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills.

• Be passionate about supporting the academic and personal development of every pupil.

All staff must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
