Prepper / Polisher

Kolt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Prepper/Polisher to join a well-established accident repair centre based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional bodyshop that prides itself on delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including masking, sanding, and priming
• Polishing vehicles to a high standard following paintwork completion
• Ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer and company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area
• Working efficiently to meet deadlines and quality targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a prepper/polisher within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of bodyshop repair methods and processes
