Adecco is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector for a permanent position in Southend with a salary of up to £34,500 depending on experience.
The role requires a background in engineering and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Candidates should have experience in a quality control environment and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
Duties include inspection and verification of parts, final article inspection reporting, and managing non-conformance processes.
The position involves working Monday to Friday from 6:45am to 4:30pm, and candidates should have relevant experience in the aerospace sector preferred.

Location: Southend

Salary: up to 34,500 DOE

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 6:45am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs

Duration of contract: Permanent

Requirements:

Experience in an engineering background
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Experience in working in a quality control environment
Working to ISO 9001
Technical knowledge & aerospace sector preferred

Duties:

Inspection and verification of parts at all stages
Final article inspection reporting
Root cause analysis and resolutions, including rework of parts
Approve signatory for release of related quality processes
Non conformance process both supplier and customer
Understanding FAIRs paperwork
