Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Remuneration: 27,000 p/a

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Project Administrator to join our client's amazing team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As an integral part of their organisation, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between key stakeholders, project management team members, and other members of staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to be part of something amazing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, interpret, and collate all elements necessary for briefs.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and maintain accurate records on our internal information system.
- Estimate and compile costs
- Monitor and chase approvals through client online systems, aligning with critical path deadlines.
- Act as the 'gatekeeper' within the client information system, resolving any artwork comments with defined stakeholders.
- Communicate client feedback, ensuring all amendments are understood and implemented.
- Support other accounts and tasks as needed.
