Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment within the aerospace manufacturing environment.
Diagnose faults and conduct troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions.
Carry out inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Assist with preventative maintenance to ensure maximum efficiency and reduce downtime.
Work closely with the engineering team to improve maintenance procedures and equipment reliability.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Operative, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of maintenance best practices and health and safety regulations.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
Experience with preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
