What You'll Do:


As a Technical Sales Order Processor, you'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and emails with a helpful and warm demeanour.
  • Processing orders accurately, confirming prices and quantities.
  • Advising customers on expected shipping timescales.
  • Referring to parts look-up to ensure correct items are ordered for specific machines.
  • Guiding customers to exploded diagrams on the website, ensuring they get the right parts.
  • Keeping internal purchasing informed of any special order items.
  • Arranging service and repair appointments.
  • Maintaining a tidy office environment, free from hazards.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.
