Your new role
As a Service Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our shared lives service. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of care, managing a dedicated team, and fostering collaborative relationships with social work and healthcare professionals. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement and support the development of tailored care plans.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for an experienced manager who can hit the ground running. As such, the ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience in adult social care, particularly with relevant legislation (e.g., Care Act, Mental Capacity Act).
- Has completed Level 5 Management qualifications and training.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel within the city.
