The Student Learning Coach position is a long-term role starting immediately at a college in South Essex, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week including a one-hour lunch break.

Candidates must have an enhanced DBS for working with children, previous experience with students with special educational needs (SEN), and a minimum of Level 4/C in Math and English.
The position requires immediate availability and the ability to work the specified hours without flexibility, along with a minimum Level 3 qualification.
