Are you a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and nurturing primary school? Were looking for an enthusiastic HLTA to join our supportive and hardworking team in the heart of Southminster, Essex.


As a HLTA, you will:
Support the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range (EYFS-KS2)
Lead small group interventions and cover whole class teaching when required
Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning
Help assess pupils progress and contribute to their development


Were looking for someone who:
Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
Has experience working in a primary school setting
Is confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment
Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the success of every child
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
