Description

As a Customer Account Manager you will:

  • Managing and growing relationships with existing commercial clients by providing tailored solutions.
  • Building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact between the company and its commercial clients.
  • Work closely with all internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.
  • General internal sales admin and paperwork.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience within sales, business development or account management.
  • Strong commercial focus with a proven track record in managing clients, driving business growth, and networking.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team but also be a self-starter capable of working independently and taking the initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with a major CRM system.
  • Can commit to an initial temp role for 4 weeks.
