Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packing and production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong understanding of quality protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production process, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Conduct regular checks on to identify any quality issues
  • Follow all safety guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately, utilising basic maths skills to ensure precise formulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in production or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices
