Shifts: 6am-6pm. 6 days on, 7 days off
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the packing and production process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong understanding of quality protocols.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production process, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular checks on to identify any quality issues
- Follow all safety guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately, utilising basic maths skills to ensure precise formulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of safety practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
