Description

As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing customer relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth payment processes.

You'll be involved in everything from monitoring credit limits and chasing overdue accounts to attending depot visits and supporting the wider sales team.

Profile

• A commitment to service excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Resilience under pressure and excellent time management
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• A genuine intest in building relationships and improving processes
