Description
- Managing a ledger of accounts.
- Chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email.
- Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
- Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
- Liaising with the sales ledger team to resolve outstanding queries.
- Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
- Working to reduce debtor days.
- Performing credit checks on new customers.
