Description

  • Managing a ledger of accounts.
  • Chasing overdue invoices by telephone and email.
  • Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
  • Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
  • Liaising with the sales ledger team to resolve outstanding queries.
  • Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices.
  • Working to reduce debtor days.
  • Performing credit checks on new customers.

Profile

A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:
