Hodge Halsall Solicitors, one of Southport's most established and respected law firms, is seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our expanding team. The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:
- Drafting Wills and Trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection matters
- Tax planning and asset protection
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2-3 years PQE in Private Client work although more experienced candidates will be considered
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, and related matters
- STEP membership or working towards (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
