Description
- Supervise and motivate a small warehouse team to achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of goods in and out of the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide training and development for team members to optimise performance.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Profile
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or Supply Chain role within the FMCG industry.
