Description
- Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
- Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication to follow up on overdue invoices
- Allocate and reconcile incoming payments accurately against customer accounts
- Resolve customer queries and disputes regarding invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Prepare and send regular debtor reports and aged debt analysis to management
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment runs
- Carry out ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required by the finance team
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
