We are recruiting for aSenior Production Engineeron behalf ofaspecialist engineeringcompanyinPortsmouth with a unique and highly interesting product range.

Role Summary

  • Process Optimization:Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Equipment & Tooling Management:Oversee the selection, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment and tooling, including tool designing, gauges, and fixtures.
  • Lean & Continuous Improvement:Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, defects, and equipment failures
  • Automation & Technology Integration:Evaluate and implement automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Equipment & Tooling Management:Oversee theselection, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment and tooling, including tool designing, gauges, and fixtures
  • Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
