As the Systems Integration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the design of automated solutions are achievable and meets the customer requirements. Additionally, the SIM will provide technical insight and feedback on solutions during the sales phase, create and negotiate contractual acceptance criteria, manage simulation workstreams on specific projects, participate and lead in systems design reviews, support project management throughout the project life cycle, lead the development of comprehensive testing strategies with the aim of mitigating risk and achieving successful FAT and SAT, and finally lead on-site testing and commissioning, manage test execution, client communications, and drive defect resolution to closeout.

What we would like from the Systems Integration Manager:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Mathematics
- At least 4 years of experience in at least one of the following:
- Engineering Management
- Automation Solution Design
- Warehouse Operational Management
- Commissioning and Test Engineering
- Experience of on-site commissioning of Automation or IT systems is preferred
- Skilled in producing detailed technical documentation with clarity, ensuring complex information is conveyed
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicting ideas, serving as a voice of reason to foster constructive solutions when needed
- Willingness to spend up to 70% of time on site when required
- Full UK driving licence

What we offer the Systems Integration Manager:
- Salary between £60,000 to £80,000 doe
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension
- 39 hours week (8.30am till 5pm Mon to Thurs and 8.30am till 4pm Friday)
- Hybrid working
