Injection Moulding Technician

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £34-40,000 (inc. shift) + amazing benefits including industry-leading bonus

Shifts: Days or Nights

The role:

  • Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding tools on Arburg machinery
  • Perform routine tool changes and start-ups, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Monitor and adjust processing parameters for consistent quality
  • Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain accurate production and setting records
  • Support continuous improvement in machine and process performance
  • Maintain GMP standards

The person:

  • Proven experience in plastic injection moulding – ideally with tool setting responsibility
  • Familiarity with Arburg, Engel, or similar high-performance injection machines
  • Strong understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques
  • A proactive, quality-driven mindset with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working shifts as part of a collaborative and high-performing team
