What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be trusted to manage your own files while working collaboratively with senior lawyers on more complex work. The caseload may include:
- Wills & Probate
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate Administration
- Client Liaison & File Management
- Drafting & Legal Support on Tax/Trusts Matters
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience as a Private Client Paralegal (ideally with previous exposure to your own caseload)? Confident in handling client matters from start to finish, or with supervision depending on level? A positive, proactive approach with a genuine interest in Private Client work? Excellent communication and organisation skills? A team player who’s keen to contribute to the department’s success
