Private Client Paralegal

Location: Brinkley, Nottinghamshire
Position: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive Private Client team at our Southwell office.

The Role

You will work closely with Solicitors, providing high-quality support and assistance across a broad range of matters. This varied role will give you exposure to:

• Drafting and assisting with wills

• Probate applications and estate administration

• Advising on and supporting the creation and management of trusts

• Preparing lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)

• General client care and file management

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal (essential)

• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively

• A commitment to providing exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism
