Are you passionate about property and delivering top-notch customer service? An incredible chance has come up to join our successful property client in Newark as a Lettings Consultant on a full-time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

As a Lettings Consultant, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of properties with duties that include:

  • Conducting property viewings and building landlord relationships
  • Organising inspections, managing visits, and arranging necessary remedial work
  • Swiftly responding to tenant queries and maintenance issues
  • Exceeding landlord management expectations
  • Managing tenancy renewals and negotiating agreements
THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn from an experienced team. Key skills required for a Lettings Consultant include:

  • Experience in the property sector or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • A driving licence is essential

Full training provided! Previous lettings experience is a bonus.
