Interim Property Manager

One of Morgan Law's clients requires an Interim Property Manager, responsible for overseeing their corporate property portfolio and the management of their assets.

The successful candidate will need an in-depth knowledge of property management principles, including acquisition, disposal, valuation, and maintenance. With a thorough understanding of property law and compliance, across a range of properties including commercial and residential within a Local Government setting.

It is essential you have advanced communication skills, influencing a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation. To ensure the property strategy aligns with the overall corporate objectives.
