Future Prospects Group are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in recruitment, with training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Recruitment Consultant will proactive get involved with the following core duties:

  • Support Senior Consultants in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Write and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Manage candidate databases and track application
  • Arrange interviews, provide feedback, and assist in offer negotiations
  • Learn and contribute to business development and client acquisition activities
  • Help to coordinate (& attend) jobs fairs, careers day & charity events

The Candidate:

The successful Associate Recruitment Consultant will be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactiveness, ability to work to targets, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • IT literacy including knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
