Empowering Learning is delighted to partner with an outstanding school in Nottinghamshire, to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher for a full-time role, starting in January 2026.



About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to inspire students in Art and Design across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5. As part of the teaching team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge learners.
  • Support students to achieve their full potential in the arts.
  • Contribute to the department's development by bringing innovative teaching strategies.
  • Participate in the wider school community and support extracurricular activities.


What We Are Looking For:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting.
  • Demonstrate a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student success.
  • Be adaptable, proactive, and ready to contribute to a thriving department.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
