Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 20.75 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee housing allocations and tenancy agreements to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Provide advice and support to tenants on housing-related issues, including maintenance, rent payments, and dispute resolution.

  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and community organizations to support tenants and enhance housing services.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to housing operations and tenant interactions.

Person Specifications

  • Strong understanding of housing policies, regulations, and tenancy law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and advise tenants.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
