We’re looking for a Graduate Software Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between developers and clients—making sure ideas turn into impactful, user-friendly and environmental solutions.In this role, you’ll support agile software development processes (especially frontend projects), keep teams aligned, and help integrate sustainability into our digital delivery. If you’re tech-savvy, highly organised, and a great communicator, this could be the right role for you!Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Act as the go-to connector between clients and developers—gathering, clarifying, and documenting requirements.
  • Keep projects moving by tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
  • Support agile ceremonies like sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Turn client ideas into clear, structured technical briefs that make sense to dev teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, flag risks, and keep stakeholders updated.
  • Help embed sustainable practices into how we deliver digital projects.
  • Organise and maintain documentation, user stories, and internal knowledge sharing.
What we’re looking for
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a similar field.
  • Basic understanding of how software is developed, especially frontend tools, teams, or frameworks.
  • Clear and confident communication—written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, etc.).
  • A genuine interest in sustainable tech or eco-conscious product development.
  • A proactive team player who can juggle priorities and stay organised.
