I am helping my client in the Nottinghamshire region recruit for 2 Voids Surveyors.
Candidates most ideal for the role will have experience across social housing within housing association as and local authorities.
Responsibilities
- The role will require surveyors to Spec up void properties, schedule the works together, deal with external contractors and ultimately deliver the void.
- Carry out detailed pre and post inspections and ensure they are completed to a high standard
- Ensure that all work is carried out within budgets and more importantly time frames
Requirements
- Experience with void properties, Key to Key procedures
- Be able to hit the ground running
Package
- 3 month contract, rolling every 3 months
- Negotiable rate DOE
