This Head Chef position gives you complete creative freedom to design menus using only the freshest ingredients, whilst enjoying the work-life balance that comes with living where you work in one of England's most beautiful regions.
As Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise to an excellent regular clientele who truly appreciate quality food. You'll take full ownership of menu creation, working with fresh seasonal produce to craft dishes that maintain the pub's award-winning reputation. Your experience in stock control and kitchen management will ensure smooth operations, whilst your creativity and passion for food will shine through in every plate that leaves your kitchen. This Head Chef role even offers flexibility for couples, with opportunities available for both front of house and back of house partnerships, or two chefs working together.
