Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a reputable business within the Waste Industry.  Â
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all office operations and administrative staff
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external office-related queries
- Oversee office budgets, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage vendor relationships
- Support senior leadership with diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive and productive office environment
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new staff
- Organise internal events, team meetings, and communications
- Provide administrative support to wider teams as required
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role (minimum 3–5 years)
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
- Competent in Microsoft Office and office systems
