Customer Service Advisor
Location: Exeter, Devon - near Exeter Airport
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting to join our clients Customer Service team in Exeter on a permanent basis.
The role:
- Answering queries and questions in regard to orders and general enquiries
Accurately placing orders onto database
Issuing customers with invoices and order acknowledgements
Calculate customer discounts and carriage costs in relation to orders
Resolve any complaints professionally and accurately
Ensure all customer records are updated and accurate within the CRM system and raising tickets when necessary
Support the field based Sales Team
About you:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work well and as a larger team
Accurate eye for detail
Previous experience in dealing with customer over the telephone would be beneficial
Experience working with CRM system would be beneficial
