A very well-established bespoke manufacturing business in rural Lincolnshire is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Management Accountant to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant who is ready to take on greater responsibility and make a long-term impact.
Working closely with the Finance Director, you'll be involved in all aspects of financial reporting, systems development, and strategic finance.
The role offers a clear pathway towards becoming Group Accountant, forming part of the companys long-term succession planning.
The OpportunityAs Management Accountant, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations across six businesses within the group. Your work will be central to ensuring strong financial control, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities- Produce accurate and timely financial reports
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions for six group entities
- Lead improvements in systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Support decision-making through insightful financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee and develop a small finance team
- Contribute to the financial leadership and commercial strategy of the business
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with relevant experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems able to manage implementation and reporting improvements
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business
- A team player with drive, initiative, and enthusiasm for process improvement
