About the Role:As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving their business forward through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. You'll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships across various sectors including developers, architects, builders, contractors, and installers, and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, showcasing their products.
  • Attend industry events to expand their market presence and network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar Business Development Manager role, ideally within construction or manufacturing.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales processes.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience within the built environment or construction industry is advantageous.
